Check-in
After parking, walk over to the Volunteer Center to check in.
Early Check-In & T-Shirt Pickup
If you are volunteering on Saturday, June 27, we strongly recommend checking in early.
Early check-in allows you to:
- Pick up your complimentary volunteer T-shirt
- Receive directions to your volunteer location
- Ask any questions before event day

Parking & Check-In Instructions for Saturday, June 27 at UB Campus
For volunteers scheduled Saturday, June 27.
- There is no assigned volunteer parking lot. Please follow the directions of UB staff and traffic personnel to any available parking area.
- Golf cart shuttles will be available to help bring volunteers closer to the event space.
- If you completed early check-in, please go directly to your assigned volunteer location.
- If you did not check in early, you must first report to the Volunteer Center in Governors E Parking Lot off White Road.
Please allow extra time for parking, shuttle transportation and check-in.
Route Guides & Rest Stop Volunteers
- Please check on Thursday or Friday to receive your supplies and any role-specific instructions.
- On Saturday, report directly to your assigned location at the start of your shift. Do not come to UB North Campus.
- If supplies need to be returned after the event, please email volunteers@roswellpark.org.
- After your shift, you are welcome to join the festivities at UB.
Event reminders
Volunteer roles may shift based on event needs. To help the day run smoothly, you may be reassigned to another area that needs support. We appreciate your flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed.
The event runs rain or shine; please dress accordingly.
Wear comfortable, sturdy outdoor shoes.
Food and refreshments will be provided during your shift.
Please allow plenty of time to park, shuttle and check in before your shift.

Celebration of Hope
Join us as we kick off Ride Weekend. We would love to treat you to dinner, and you are welcome to bring a friend or family member.
