An International Adventure Is Waiting For You


Looking for an international adventure on Ride Day? Consider registering for one of the Canada routes!

Not only can you ride your bike into another country, but you can be a part of one of The Ride’s top fundraising groups. Last year, Canada riders raised more than $826,000 towards the $5.3 million total. 

Here are the details on the two options. 

26-Mile Route

Start: 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Start line: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center

Finish Line: A shuttle will take you to UB North Campus to enjoy the Finish Line festivities

Fundraising Minimum: $500

Ride Time: 2 to 3 hours

Details: This route is great for recreational riders looking for a longer route and an adventure. Head over the Peace Bridge and ride along the Niagara River until it plunges over Niagara Falls. 

Stop for a photo op at this wonder of the world before crossing the Rainbow Bridge and finishing in the US just past Niagara Falls State Park. You will experience city streets, parkways and bike paths on this route.

44-Mile Route

Start: 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Start line: Roswell Park

Finish Line: UB North

Fundraising Minimum: $500

Ride Time: 4 to 6 hours

Details: If you are a cycling enthusiast looking for an unforgettable experience — this is it! This course includes city streets, parkways and bike paths. It provides a plethora of photo opportunities, and the route is pretty flat, making for a great ride!
